myPOS Partners with Germany's Largest Taxi Association

Published about 1 year ago

UK-based fintech company, myPOS, has announced a significant partnership with Taxi-München eG, Germany’s largest taxi association. Starting in January, myPOS will supply card readers to the association, which boasts over 5900 drivers.

myPOS has a solid reputation as a trusted partner within the taxi industry, having previously aligned with Italian firm URI Services and FMS, a prominent player in the European taxi landscape.

The myPOS Prо Advantage

The new partnership with Taxi München eG will permit drivers to leverage the capabilities of the myPOS Prо, a smart device that operates on the Android platform.

Connection to myPOS AppMarket

The card reader provided by myPOS will be connected to the myPOS AppMarket. This platform allows drivers to access the popular Com4Cab app, developed by GefoS, which offers a convenient interface for accepting driving orders. The app replaces the previously used radio data devices and is widely used in several German cities, including Dresden, Braunschweig, and Lingen.

The implementation of this collaboration underscores the role of fintech in optimizing operations within the taxi industry. With myPOS’s technology, Taxi-München eG drivers can look forward to a more streamlined and efficient service delivery.
