TNG Digital Unveils GOrewards for Touch 'n Go eWallet Users

Published about 1 year ago

TNG Digital has launched a new loyalty programme, GOrewards, aimed at its 21 million Touch ‘n Go eWallet users. The programme enables users to accumulate points when utilising their eWallet for different transactions, including groceries, food and beverages, bill payments, online shopping, fuel, insurance, and more.

Earning Points with Every Transaction

The GOrewards programme allows users to collect points for local and international payments made via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa card. During the campaign period, which started on November 6, 2023, users can earn up to 6x bonus points when they pay using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet at participating partners.

Redeeming Points for Rewards

The points can be exchanged for rewards such as e-vouchers from renowned brands, Alipay+ Rewards, lucky draws, and physical products from Presto. These rewards are exclusively available on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. However, it’s important to note that points have a six-month validity from the month they are earned. Currently, toll payments and parking through PayDirect as well as RFID are not eligible for points.

Increasing Value for Users

Alan Ni, Chief Executive Officer of TNG Digital, highlighted the aim of the GOrewards programme. He stated that while most industry players are scaling back their programmes, TNG Digital is introducing GOrewards to be not only the safest and most convenient eWallet, but the most rewarding as well. It’s designed to incentivise users to discover more value while they spend and transact daily with the eWallet.

TNG Digital also plans to expand its loyalty portfolio in the coming months with more partners and brands.
