Razer Merchant Services (RMS), the B2B division of Razer Fintech, has joined forces with Google Play and E.SUN Bank in Taiwan to broaden payment choices. This partnership will allow Google Play users in Taiwan to employ RMS’ payment methods including cash transactions at over 13,000 convenience stores and virtual account/bank transfer payment methods.

Expanding Consumer Payment Choices

RMS’ payment solutions offer an alternative payment method to Taiwanese customers across international convenience store chains, eliminating the service fees typically associated with credit card payments.

Enhanced Security Measures

The partnership ensures stringent Know Your Customer (KYC) processes are in place. This measure by RMS significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent activities, providing a safer payment experience for customers.

Processing Multi-Currency Transactions

This strategic collaboration grants RMS the ability to process transactions in Taiwanese Dollars and settle cross-border purchases in United States Dollars.

Driving Sales Growth

Lee Li Meng, the representative for the collaboration, underlined the importance of this partnership, stating it illustrates the growing demand for seamless payment solutions. This partnership between RMS and Google has expanded the pool of paid users, propelling sales growth and improving customer experiences across borders.
