Niky Partners with Mastercard to Revolutionize Corporate Benefits

Published about 1 year ago

Niky, a healthfintech startup, has partnered with Mastercard to launch a corporate benefits card, furthering its mission to revolutionize the benefits, health, and credit sector. The startup, which had previously raised R$ 40 million from PJM Investments earlier this year, has named the new product ‘Niky Benefits’.

A Global Payment Solution

The Niky Benefits card can be used at any establishment worldwide that supports Mastercard payment services. The goal is not just to benefit company employees but also human resources departments. The packages for this product start from R$ 5 per person per month, including free card and delivery, unlimited HR users, personalized categories, and more.

Benefits for Employees

For employees, the card provides access to TotalPass, offering discounts for gyms; ChefsClub, for restaurant discounts; Niky Club, for discounts on health services, travel, and leisure; as well as Personal Accident Insurance. Card users can make payments, transfers, block or activate the card, and issue receipts through an app.

Additional Features for HR Departments

Human Resources departments can also opt for packages with more offers like discounts on gyms, meditation, and telepsychology through TotalPass, as well as an exclusive health and mental health mapping app. Through dashboards with metrics on product usage, managers can organize employees, account for the total investment, among other available tools.

“We bring back, with Niky, the true concept of flexible benefits. To HRs, the autonomy to create the benefit policy according to the company’s strategy. For employees, hundreds of offers that make sense for their life stage”, says Matheus Moretti, Niky’s co-founder and CGO.

The startup, with 2 million customers spread across Brazil and R$ 1.3 billion transacted in 2022, hopes that with this novelty, it will reach 40,000 people by the end of the year.
