Apiture Secures $10 Million in Latest Funding Round

Wilmington, NC-based digital banking solution provider, Apiture, has announced the closing of a $10 million fundraising round. The round was led by T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc., and saw participation from other existing investors. The recent investment brings Apiture’s total funding to $79 million since the company was established in 2017.

Funding to Boost Product Development

The new capital will be used by Apiture to speed up product development initiatives. The company aims to continue expanding its sales and marketing efforts to meet the growing demand for the Apiture Digital Banking Platform. This platform currently serves over 300 banks and credit unions throughout the United States.

Apiture’s CEO, Chris Babcock, emphasized the company’s unwavering commitment to deliver leading digital banking solutions. “This additional funding enables us to further accelerate development initiatives that will help our clients thrive in a highly competitive market. We thank our existing investors, including T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc., Live Oak Bank, Pinnacle Financial Partners, and Truist Ventures, for their continued confidence in our business,” Babcock stated.
